Tree services Pymble gardens are built on
Pymble’s leafy streets are the upper North Shore at its most established — mature liquidambars lifting driveways, big gums over tennis courts and pools, and formal hedges that frame period homes. The tree services Pymble owners book most are careful removals and root-problem solutions, crown reductions that keep light without lopping, hedge restoration and stump grinding ahead of relandscaping.
Every cut follows AS 4373 with qualified climbers, every quote is fixed before work starts, and every site is left clean and photographed — insured to $20M, SWMS available for strata and schools.

Ku-ring-gai Council rules, checked first
Pymble falls under Ku-ring-gai Council tree controls protecting most established species. We check what applies, prepare the permit or arborist report if needed, and only book the crew once approval is in — so you never pay for work council would refuse.
One team for trees and gardens
Because our crews handle arboriculture and landscaping together, tree services Pymble jobs roll into the follow-up in one visit: stumps out, beds rebuilt, hedges shaped, mulch laid — one quote, one clean handover.

Nearby areas we cover
Crews also work Gordon, Killara, St Ives, Turramurra and Wahroonga — grouped runs keep quotes sharp, and the 24/7 line covers storm damage across the upper North Shore.
Ku-ring-gai Council rules for Pymble trees
Ku-ring-gai protects any tree five metres or taller, or with a trunk over 150mm at ground level — and that covers most of what grows in Pymble. Removal or pruning needs a Tree Application first (currently $88 for removal and $44 for pruning, with a small fee per extra tree), and even a dead tree can’t legally be touched until Council confirms in writing that it’s dead. On top of that, parts of Pymble sit in Heritage Conservation Areas or remnant Blue Gum High Forest, where the rules tighten again.
We deal with this council every week of the year. Our AQF Level 5 arborists identify the species, check whether your tree is exempt, lodge the application with the site map and photos Council wants, and write the supporting arborist report when it’s needed — then do the work to AS4373 once approval is in. Ku-ring-gai does not accept lopping, and neither do we.
Big north-shore trees, done properly
Pymble gardens grow serious trees: Sydney blue gums, blackbutts and turpentines pushing 25–35 metres, alongside mature liquidambars, oaks and camellias from a century of planting. Our climbers dismantle big trees in sections with rigging — over pools, tennis courts and slate roofs — and finish with the stump ground out and the deadwood over your driveway cleared before it drops on a car.
